How do I enjoy my DRM protected content?

You can download your DRM-protected rental music tracks, music videos and game files from Bsnl.hungama.com onto your PC. You can enjoy this content on your local media players. At the end of each month, your subscription is automatically renewed so that you can enjoy your music, videos and games uninterrupted.

Can I hold both the music as well as games plan together?

Sure you can, you can register for both the music, videos plan for Rs. 149 per month as well as the games plan for Rs. 49 per month and enjoy unlimited download of music tracks, videos and games.

What is 15 Day Free Trial plan?

It is a trial service, where you can browse, preview and download unlimited songs, videos and play online games for a period of 15 days. This plan is absolutely free and there is not charge for unlimited downloads from our library of 65,000+ songs / videos and 100+ online games.
Once, the 15 days expire you can choose a plan as desired and continue enjoying unlimited access to music / videos and games.

How do I register for 15 Days Free Trial service?

The 15 day trial is a free service for you to experience the entertainment on bsnl.hungama.com. Simply, fill in the registration form through the homepage with your basic details and your Bsnl landline number. Our customer support team will verify your Bsnl broadband details and revert to you within 48hours for the activation of 15 day free trial service.

I already have Music on Deman Plan, how do I add Games on Demand?

You can simply login and goto My Account >> My Plans and add the plan that you wish to subscribe to. If you are not an existing customer, you can register and then add plans as desired.

Once I complete registration, when will I be able to start downloading?

Once you have submitted the Registration form, our customer servi ce team will contact you within 48hours for activation. There are 2 options for registration:
1. SMS the activation code to 54646, this activation code will be sent to your mobile number by our customer support team.
2. Click on the email activation link. this activation link will be sent to your registered email ID by our customer support team.

Is there any charge for responding to the SMS for activation?

Yes, you will be charged by your mobile operator Rs.3 as a standard charge for sending SMS to a special number.

I havent received the SMS for activation, what do I do?

Once the SMS for activation is sent by our Customer Support team, you should receive the SMS immediately. There may be a possibility that there is a delay from your mobile network provider. Incase, SMS link is not received with 24hours please feel free to call us at our toll free customer support number 1800 209 7010 from Mon to Sat 9:00am to 9:00pm.

I havent received the email activation link, what do I do?

Once you have filled in the form for registration through your BSNL Landline number, the activation link will be sent to you within 48 hours. In case you still haven't received the activation link, please write to us or feel free to call us on our toll free customer support number 1800 209 7010 from Mon to Sat 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Is there anything I can do on the site without registering or signing in?

Absolutely, you can browse through the music tracks, albums and videos available. You can also listen to 30sec previews of music and video tracks. Not only that you can also play 5 free games.
Once you do register with us you will have unlimited access to all items depending on the subscription plan you choose.

Once I have registered, how do I download music tracks and videos?

All you have to do is click on the download link next to your favourite music track or video that you wish to download. If you click on an album, it will give you the list of music tracks available in that albumm. You can either download the entire album or specific tracks from that album that you wish to purchase.

Can I download items as often as I want to?

Yes absolutely. Once you have registered as a member on bsnl.hungama.com, you can download items as often as you like, while your subscription is active.

Where can I check all my downloaded items?

Once you log in with your username and password, goto My Account >> Download History, this page allows you to view all your previously downloaded items. You may choose to download these items again as well.

My Account page gives you access to all your information relating to your personal details, download details, subscription plans, Games profile and much more.

Where can I change my password?

You can change your password through My Account >> Change Password. You will need to enter your existing password and then the new password.

Where can I view my subscription plan details?

On My Account >> My Plans page you can view the subscription plans that you have subscribed to on bsnl.hungama.com. You can view the subscription renewal date as well under each plan you have subscribed to. Also, you can add a plan by clicking on other plans that you wish to subscribe to.

Can I change my profile details?

Sure, your Account gives you access to change your profile details like: First Name, Last Name, Mobile number and Date of Birth. Once you login with your registered email ID, you need to goto My Account >> Edit Profile and change the required details.

How large is an audio file? How much space do I need on my computer to store the file?

An audio file is approximately 4mb in size.

How long does it take to download a song?

The song download is dependant on your internet connection. It will take you anywhere from 4mins to 20mins max.

Do I need an internet connection to listen to the songs?

Yes, for the first time after download of a song or music video you need to be connected to your internet connection. A digital license will be sent to the Windows Media Player that will enable playing of all the songs you have downloaded. Thereafter you can listen to all your downloaded music without an internet connection for a period of 30days.

After 30 days, you will need to connect to the internet once again to receive a fresh license to continue listening to the songs downloaded and the new songs and or music videos that you may download. This 30day cycle will need to be followed by you for enjoying unlimited access to all your downloaded music songs and videos

On which players will I be able to play my downloaded content?

You can play your downloaded content on the Windows Media Player.

Can I download a song more than once?

Yes, you can simply click on the 'Download link' on the top of the page once you have logged in with your user name and password. You will be able to view a list of all your previously downloaded items which you my choose to download again.

My download finished but I only have a portion of the song.

Can I play my songs even after un-subscribing from the Music on Demand plan?

Yes, you can continue playing your downloaded songs and music videos after unsubscribing. The songs and music videos will play for a period of 30 days from your date of subscription. For example, let’s say you subscribed on 10th day of August, the validity of the songs and music videos is till the 9th day of September. Even if you unsubscribe during this period, the content will continue playing. You will however be charged the complete amount of Rs. 149/- per month since we are issuing a license valid for 30 day period.

After the expiry period of 30 days, in normal circumstances, the system will auto-renew your account and you can continue consuming the content downloaded. However, you will need to re-subscribe to Music on Demand plan if you have unsubscribed from the service to enjoy listening to the already downloaded music.

Please note: You need to retain the license till the validity period. License once lost cannot be downloaded again. (Note: Deleting cookies will remove the license from the your PC)

Where will my payment for the subscription reflect?

The amount for your subscription (Music on demand - Rs. 149 per month / Games - Rs. 49 per month) will reflect on your BSNL broadband statement itself. So you don’t have to make any separate payments for this subscription.

How will I identify the Music & Video subscription amount on my Bsnl bil?

The monthly charge of Rs. 149 for your Music & video subscription will reflect as 'Music on demand' subscription fee on your Bsnl bill.

How do I stop my subscription?

Can I renew my subscription once I’ve stopped it?

Can I play my songs even after unsubsciribing from the Music on Demand plan?

Yes, you can continue playing your downloaded songs and music videos for the entire period of 30days, even after unsubscribing. The downloaded items have a license, which has a 30-day validity.Unsubscription from the Music on Demand plan will prevent you from further downloads of songs and music vidoes from the website . However, you can still enjoy listening to your already downloaded music til the validity period of 30 days expires.
After the expiry period of 30 days , you will need to re-subscribe to Music on Demand plan to enjoy listening to the already downloaded music.

Platinum Club Movies plan contains all Hollywood and recently released Bollywood Movies. Bollywood Club Movies plan contains Bollywood Movies and India Cinema Movies contains Regional Movies.

Can I opt to more than one plan at a time?

Yes, you can opt to multiple plans at a time. You may enroll to the streaming plan and also download a movie of your choice at the same time.

I have opted for the ‘Download to Own’ plan and now I want to change it to a ‘Streaming’ plan. How do I change my plan?

Login to your account, Go to “My Account” and click on “My Plans”. Select the plan you wish to subscribe. Click on ‘Add Plan’.

How do I continue streaming after 30days?

To ensure that you continue to enjoy uninterrupted entertainment on BSNL.Hungama.com; the subscription will auto-renew after 30 days. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, the same can be cancelled here.
